Best Money Making Methods In OSRS

There are a number of ways for you to make money in Old School Runescape. Some people often overlook the skills they’re training and miss out on making some tasty profits, but not anymore! Here’s how you can do earn more OSRS gold using your skills:

Cooking

The most popular way to make money in Oldschool Runescape is cooking. However, it’s not a fast or easy method of earning coins and what’s worse there are only so many hours you can spend on this task at any given time before your character becomes bored with doing nothing but waiting for food from start to finish! Fortunately, though players have other options available such as monkfish for 90K per hour, dark crabs for 130k/hour, and raw karambwans which can earn you 230k per hour.

Woodcutting

If you’re looking for a little extra gold while AFK, cutting Magic logs is an excellent way to make up around 150K per hour. It’s a great way to make money while you’re busy.

Mining

Mining ore in Runite is profitable, but prices can change. Moving on to volcanic ash or gemstone is more lucrative with higher rates of OSRS gold per hour at 500K and 460K OSRS gold respectively for those OSRS items.

Thieving

There’s a bit more risk of making gold here since you have to go out in the Wilderness. However, this means that if your character dies whilst out there they lose all their earnings for that hour and need to do it again from scratch next time round! Master Farmers give way better rewards than Rogues’ chests as well – up until now I’ve been getting around 400K per hour by thieving from farmers’ loot.

Farming

Farming is one of the most overlooked skills in Old School RuneScape. You can make over 1M OSRS gold every day simply by farming herbs and once you reach level 62 Farming, planting Snapdragon trees can be very profitable!

Runecrafting

To maximize the benefits of your Runecrafting level, it’s important to put in some hard work and dedication. It can be one of those skills that pay off well for people who learn them as these types tend towards making more money than others – so keep this fact at heart! You’ll make 1 to 1.5 million OSRS gold per hour if you use double death runes (Abyss) or over 2 million OSRS GP with nature runes.

Herblore

This may be the most unpredictable skill in terms of how much gold you can make from it on an hourly basis. You’re looking at making anywhere between 100K and 500K per hour but ultimately depends on which herbs are currently being sold for the highest prices at the Grand Exchange.
